Pre-registration

Please pre-register if any of the following are true:

• You are planning on bringing a horse
• You are planning on competing in the equestrian tournament on Saturday
• You want to help the Madrone Culinary Guild procure enough food for Saturday so that you get some
• You are in need of a herald for the procession

Before you pre-register, please be aware of the following:

• If you're bringing a horse, you must bring proof of vaccinations (4-way & rhino)
• You must bring your authorization card (or printout equivalent)

For horses (and only horses) 10'x12' stalls are available for $20 each night, or $12 for day use. Prices include bedding.

• example, overnight: stall fee from site open to close is $40 (6 p.m. Friday to 5 p.m. Sunday)
• example, day use: out by 8 p.m. on the same day is $12

Pre-registration includes questions regarding heralds and equestrian games. You may want to read through the following before pre-registering:

Pre-registration will remain open until Semptember 18.
