Procession

We begin the Emprise of the Black Lion tournament day with a grand spectacle of heraldry!

Each entrant presenting themselves to the Judges with a brief introduction and as much pomp and pageantry as they can muster, for example:

• banners
• caparisons
• a herald (link)
• attendants
• musicians
• etc.

For fun, the retainers often present the judges with "gifts" to show their goodwill and esteem, as appropriate to their persona. This does not need to take the form of physical objects, for example poems and songs have been given in the past.

Your procession should last no more than three minutes.
