Heralds

All tourneyers are encouraged to secure the services of a herald for the event, and to provide them with a script.

Introduction

Tourneyers are encouraged to share a letter of introduction ahead of the event so that the Judges and the populace might know who to expect to see in the tournament, and to increase your word-fame.

Things to bring

All equestrian competitors must bring the following items:

• Equestrian authorization card, or printout equivalent

All equestrian competitors are encouraged to bring the following items:

• barding, caparisons, banners for procession
• a crest
• an extra banner to hang above your stall
