• Upcoming Practice
  • August 24th Practice at C.M. Trinity Farm, 1-5pm
  • Practice will include new games styles for Emprise
• Next Year Practices
  • Kerij-e will get insurance for every Saturday in 2014
  • We will still aim for 4th Saturday barring conflicts.
  • Actual dates to be Determined at November meeting.
  • Vote taken and CM Trinity is still favored location.
  • Shannon will update map of horses and people in Guild actively playing for purposes of deciding central location for meetings and practices.
  • Kerij-e to check if we are still welcome at CM Trinity with new trainer situation.

    • Chehalis Area
    • Championship to be run as last time
    • Riderless Horse Ceremony Scheduled
    • Friday Night there will be a MEG Cooler Assembly Workshop. Location TBD.
  • Emprise
    • Some judges confirmed.
    • Pizza Party in Barn Saturday Night.
    • Baronial Change Over Scheduled.
    • Archery and Heavy Chammpionships to be held in infield.
    • Choose four games from the following Games: Reeds, Heads, Pigs, Joust, Quintain, Speed Quintain, and Crest Combat
    • Kerij-E Sponsoring a stall decoration contest
    • Food Truck and Coffee truck to be onsite.
    • Sunday will have mounted archery and a challenge course sponsored by Aeschine
    • Herald in Charge has requested that you hire herald soon.
• Work Parties
  • Jousting Tip Making - August 13th and 20th
  • Jousting Tubes - order being prepared by Guilluame, more to come
  • Silk Banner Making - Rignach has a line on a steamer so this can be scheduled now.
  • Tilt Repairs - August 13th and 20th
  • Kerij-e has a line on the used heads from a beauty school. $5 each.
• Demo discussed at Farrel McWhorter for 2014
  • ideas included having heavy, arts and sciences, and rapier activities

  • Aeschine has MEG Reins and Breast Plates for sale that she hand makes. Very nice.
  • Decals are available through Guillaume.
