• Emprise
  • The judges are being talked to.
  • New tent for Wyewood.
  • Emprise Games
    • The Timing of the games.
    • Discussion about the speed quintaine
      • Talked about the pros and cons.
    • There should be no hanging out in front of the line. Room should be made for chit chat.
      • Another line at each end perhaps with more flags to designate.
        • Must leave enough room for run out.
    • Have a board with names of horses and riders.
    • Each end could have runners with lists from the 'List' of who's riding.
    • A board could be made with velcro and names.
    • Perhaps a bit of training for the heralds would be nice.
    • How many events should a rider be able to compete in.
  • A prize per game.
    • what kind of prizes?
    • Judges would call winners.
    • Perhaps bags of carrots inside.
  • You should be able to ride in as many games as you would like but declare 3 to be scored.
• Day at the Manor
  • Added jousting track
    • Annouce it to be on Sat.
  • Exerices and more exerices.
  • there have been no real responses yet from Heavy or Rapier.
  • Archery and Horse Archery will be with Erzebet.
  • who is doing parking?
    • Nice to have a person there but not necessary.

    • Ask Constantia for help
  • Kate is doing signs & fliers printing.
  • Insurance has been sent out and returned... waiting to send it back.
    • It will happen this week.
    • Guillaume and Anisa have ideas to make it easier.
  • Site has been researched.
  • Asked to have championships happen there is still in question.

  • New group starting up EQ guild.
  • It is in Canada.
• Next practice is May 12. Saturday.
• Elections are next month.
  • You must be there to vote.
  • There will be two separate elections. One for Guild Head and one for Steward.
• Misc
  • Aeschine has MEG Reins and Breast Plates for sale that she hand makes. Very nice.
  • Decals are available through Guillaume.
  • Jousting tubes available in 5 - 8 foot lengths from Guillaume.
