• Practice happened last month at Reber Ranch.

New Business **************

• Next Practice is Oct 23rd
• Emprise Reports
  • Approximately 220 in attendance
  • 5 New Authorizations
  • 17 Riders on Sunday
  • Suggestions for Next Year
    • 1 Horse should have a max of 2 riders.
    • A rider should have the ability to ride all 7 games but only take the best 4 scores for the competition.
    • We need to put some thought into the order of the games so horses brains don't fry early.
    • Some people were confused on how to determine the order of the riders.
    • The Red Ribbon Policy should be exercised.
    • Avoid mob of horses at the beginning of the course.
    • Have a Paltry / Entry type of course. Non competitive.
    • Sign up sheets should be used for next years Noblese Tournament.
    • Possibly have classes for next year on Sunday
    • New event for Sunday = "Head". Cabbage or potato with steel swords.
  • The coffee merchant did not show up.
  • Individual Reports were passed around table and read.
  • The Hot Dog vendor was very much liked by all.
  • Everyone seemed to enjoy the plethora of banners and pretty outfits.
  • We SHOULD do this again next year.
    • We should switch up some of the roles for next year.
  • Talk to Raphael about making Birjas Hoops
  • Emprise in a "Box"
    • This is so we can hand this event off to someone else.
    • We should list all the responsibilities and roles with details for everything.
  • We should see who didn't come and make sure to invite them for next year.
• Brief discussions on practice sites. Continued discussing about whether to keep them in the South or move them slightly North.
  • Pro for South = everyone like the arena's and current facilities.
  • Pro for North = more Midhaven folks would come and play.
• Misc
  • Aeschine has MEG Reins and Breast Plates for sale that she hand makes. Very nice.
  • Decals are available through Guillaume.
  • Jousting tubes available in 5 - 8 foot lengths from Guillaume.
  • 1st Thursday of the month work parties take place at Rignach's house.
