• Practice happened last month.
• Ren Faire happened.
• SAFE Show happened.
  • We sponsored an advertisement for the Emprise for their Costume competition.
  • Flyering also happened at thee event.

New Business **************

• Next practice is this Sunday on the 28th
  • Authorization can take place. 6 games to set up.
  • Kerij-e will bring paperwork for authorizations.
• Following practice is Sept 11th
  • This will be at Reber Ranch
  • All equipment is to be brought.
  • 1st two stalls are to be used as the Office and Equipment storage like last year.
  • Announcements should be sent about this practice and the event.
  • Discussed dimensions of Birjas.
• Emprise X
  • Equipment
    • ends to double tilts will be closed and tied off with rope.
  • All insurance is now complete for the event for both SCA and Reber.
  • Toivo is bringing Horns and Drums to announce hours and announcements.
  • Signage discussion
    • We need to finalize the list of all docs and signage that will be needed by Crown for printing.
  • EQ Archery on Sunday.
    • Felicitae will run this portion.
    • Ismanah (sp?) will be running the main Archery
  • Dicussion and review of event schedule.
• Practices for 2012
  • We need to get more horses in attendance.
  • Topic of advertising our practices.
  • Topic of recruiting
  • Mention of keeping practices in the South end due to the North end all ready being covered.
• Misc
  • Aeschine has MEG Reins and Breast Plates for sale that she hand makes. Very nice.
  • Decals are available through Guillaume.
  • Jousting tubes available in 5 - 8 foot lengths from Guillaume.
  • 1st Thursday of the month work parties take place at Rignach's house.
